Parking

Complimentary parking is available. We are located behind the main building. To access our unit and parking, take the turn just east of the main building at 813 West 11th. Metered parking is also available on W. 11th.

Credit Card Policy

Pretty Nice Co requires all clients to keep an active credit card on file with us. We will only charge your credit card when necessary to uphold our policies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the value of missed services. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the value of missed services. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Kids/Pets/Guests Policy

Pretty Nice Co is a space reserved for appointment-only guests, so please refrain from bringing extra company, human or furry. We understand that occasions arise when you must bring a friend or kiddo. Just give us a heads-up, please!
